The Cooper Gallery in Lewisburg, West Virginia, will host a show of Connie's signature 3-dimensional paintings from April 4 - May 31, 2008. Using a two-part Apoxie Clay, Connie sculpts humans, birds, fish and other wildlife with body parts that literally come off the canvas. Lewisburg is a charming Civil War-era town just 9 miles from the Greenbrier Resort. The Cooper Gallery, located on Washington Street in the heart of Lewisburg, features artists with national acclaim, such as Lynn Boggess and Max Hayslette.
The Trellis Restaurant, Williamsburg, Va
Connie will be the featured artist at the Trellis Restaurant in Merchants Square in Williamsburg, VA beginning March 18, 2008. The artwork will include landscapes, figurative and still life paintings - - many locally-inspired.and can be viewed any time during the restaurant's operating hours, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m., Monday - Sunday.
